		<description>I totally agree with the idea, &quot;eat less, exercise more&quot;.  I have met many a woman, who desperate to lose weight, work out two or more hours a day.  I didn&#039;t however, see much weight loss.

the human body is amazing and so is the human mind.  when it comes down to it, it&#039;s going to be a struggle for most people to keep their weight in check and build muscle.  

it&#039;s just not easy. period.  there is no get fit quick scheme.  if it&#039;s worth having it&#039;s worth working for. you have to eat less and exercise more and this is going to be HARD.  you just have to ask yourself if it&#039;s worth it. there are other things in life that are important as well.</description>
